We are looking for a high-energy, relationally gifted Kids' Ministry Director who is ready to lead a Christ-centered program for kids (Nursery–6th Grade) that is safe, fun, and focused on spiritual growth.

The Opportunity
This is a full-time role reporting to the Elders and Admin Minister. You will provide the overall direction and leadership to Fall Creek Kids' Ministry (Nursery–6th Grade), their families, and a team of dedicated volunteers. This role is both a people-first calling and a hands-on operational one: you'll cast vision and build relationships, while also owning the behind-the-scenes details - recruiting and scheduling volunteers, coordinating classrooms and curriculum, and keeping Sunday mornings and special events running smoothly so kids encounter Jesus in an environment that is safe, fun, and well cared for.
What You'll Do
- Plan, develop, and implement a vision and strategy for Fall Creek Kids' Ministry in the areas of spiritual development, worship, and discipleship.
- Ensure all necessary volunteers are present and prepared to fulfill the Kids' Ministry vision on Sunday mornings as well as special events.
- Ensure all necessary preparations have been made in classrooms, at registration stations, and in large group rooms on Sunday mornings as well as special events.
- Develop events and activities that encourage growth and relationships outside of Sunday service.
- Create and implement a comprehensive volunteer recruiting and scheduling plan, and train volunteers to execute the Kids' Ministry vision and strategy.
- Manage and oversee Kids' Ministry resources, including curriculum, technology, equipment, supplies, and budget.
Who You Are
- You love Jesus and you genuinely love kids.
- You are in full agreement with Fall Creek Christian Church's Statement of Faith.
- You are living in patterns consistent with Biblical instruction and growing in your relationship with Jesus.
- You hold a college degree (preferred).
- You have 3–5 years of experience in children's ministry or other experience working with kids.
- You are willing to submit to a thorough background check.
Compensation & Benefits
This is a full-time, salaried position. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience. Details will be discussed with qualified candidates.
