Youth & Outreach Minister

The Youth & Outreach Minister provides leadership for Riverside Christian Church's student ministry (grades 6–12) while helping the church expand its outreach and engagement within the local community.

This full-time position is responsible for:

• Discipling students
• Equipping volunteers
• Partnering with parents
• Planning and leading youth programming
• Developing outreach opportunities that connect people to Christ and the mission of the church.

The Youth & Outreach Minister serves as a member of the church staff, working alongside the elders, staff, and ministry leaders to fulfill Riverside Christian Church's mission to Honor God, Reach Out, and Build Up.
