Lake Eustis Christian Church is seeking a Senior Pastor who will faithfully preach God’s Word, shepherd the congregation, and lead the church into its next season of ministry impact. This pastor will serve as the primary spiritual leader of the church, guiding the congregation in its mission while strengthening the leadership, systems, and ministry structures that support healthy growth. The ideal candidate is a relational shepherd, a compelling biblical communicator, and a thoughtful ministry leader who can help equip the church to serve its community and make disciples.
About Lake Eustis Church:
- Average attendance of approximately 320 people.
- Located approximately 30-40 minutes north of downtown Orlando
- Healthy Transition - The incoming pastor will follow a lead pastor of 15–16 years who is relocating to care for aging parents; there is no scandal or animosity surrounding the transition.
- Theological alignment with the Independent Christian Church and Restoration Movement.
- Ability to comfortably lead and operate within a "staff-led, elder-guarded" governance model.
