Position Summary

TLCC is seeking a passionate, Christ-centered individual to serve as our Worship Arts / IT Resident for one year. The salary would be $20,000 + and negotiable depending on experience, qualifications, housing needs etc. This residency is designed for someone who feels called to ministry and wants to grow in both creative worship leadership and technical excellence. You will partner directly with the Executive Minister to support and expand our weekend services, creative media, and technology infrastructure.

The role blends worship planning/leadership with audio/visual (A/V), lighting, video production, and IT support. Responsibilities will be tailored to your unique gifts and experience—whether your strength is leading worship from the platform, designing creative elements, troubleshooting live production, or managing church technology systems. This is a hands-on training position that includes mentorship, skill development, and the opportunity to take ownership of key areas as you grow.

If you are interested, contact us, and we will talk about those details. After that, it may become a long-term position on our staff, depending on the fit and mutual desire to continue employment.
