Dunnville Christian Church in southern Casey County, KY is seeking a full-time, high-energy Children and Youth Director to lead and grow our ministry to kids (K–5th) and students (6th–12th). We’re a rural church with a big vision—passionate about discipling the next generation and reaching our community with the Gospel.
The ideal candidate is relational, organized, spiritually grounded, and excited to create fun, safe, gospel-centered environments where kids and students can grow in their faith.

This role includes leading all children’s and youth programming such as Sunday mornings, midweek gatherings, and special events. You'll be responsible for creating and maintaining a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for all age groups, as well as recruiting and developing a passionate volunteer team.
The Children and Youth Director will teach biblical truth in age-appropriate ways, cast a clear vision aligned with the mission of the church, and engage families and staff through consistent communication. You'll also have opportunities to incorporate technology and social media to enhance ministry reach, participate in church-wide worship and outreach events, and manage the ministry budget in coordination with our executive pastor.
We’re looking for someone with a personal, growing relationship with Jesus Christ and a clear calling to ministry. A strong candidate will demonstrate a lifestyle consistent with biblical leadership (1 Timothy 3:1–13; Titus 1:5–9), and possess excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Flexibility, creativity, and a collaborative spirit are essential in our growing and evolving ministry setting.
A bachelor’s degree (preferably in education, youth ministry, or a related field) is preferred but not required. The candidate must be willing to become an active member of Dunnville Christian Church and join us in our mission to Love God, Love People, and Make Disciples.
